Yes, there is many ways to make your self hosted blog for free it means that you will not need to pay for your domain and file hosting. The best combination to make it possible as my experience in do blogging for three years is using co.cc free domain service (an old news i know) for file hosting, you can use 000webhost.com free file hosting service plus cPanel and free ads.

It’s better for you to go to each service provider website for the full information about their service and choose the fit one with your needs.

As my experience using their service, i think that is the best combination if you want to learn blogging and build your own self hosted blog and doing anything with your blog.

Reasons Why Did Start Blogging With WordPress

I have so much time to spend for blogging even i’m not a Full Time Blogger, but there is some reason to start blogging and learn how to do blogging with this lovely blog engine (WordPress i mean). This is Search Engine friendly, many support such like WordPress Theme, SEO Technique for WordPress, and any other option to customize it.

1. Easy to use. The first time i’m do blogging, i’m using blogger and i don’t feel satisfied with it’s interface, so i start moving to wordpress and realize that wordpress is easier to use. Even blogger is now using movable type too with their blogging machine and it’s interface is better than later.

2. SEO Friendly. I’ve done an experiment, i create 2 blogs on the same time (using wordpress and blogger) and then i write some articles on them (original article but different content), and using same SEO technique. After i updated that blogs for a month, i try to check the page indexed in google and i found that my blog with WordPress engine have more pages indexed in google than my Blogger blog, even it doesn’t proof anything, but i think that WordPress blogs will be faster indexed in google.
